In addition to leading RankerDeDe Homes, Joseph has built a professional career in technology and engineering, currently serving in a Principal DevSecOps Engineering role specializing in large-scale systems, security architecture, automation, and operational strategy. His technical background brings a disciplined, process-driven, and detail-oriented mindset into every development project.

Anika is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of RankerDeDe Homes, where she leads the company's branding, creative direction, marketing strategy, and client-facing experience.

With a strong eye for design, presentation, and modern living aesthetics, Anika plays a key role in shaping the visual identity and market presence of RankerDeDe Homes from interior styling and staging to brand development, social media strategy, and property presentation.

In addition to her role in real estate development, Anika has an extensive healthcare background as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in hematology and oncology. Her experience has strengthened her leadership, communication, and people-centered approach qualities that continue to influence her work in business and client relations.
